• The current project, Phase One of a two-phase project, is under construction and designed to grow with the family.
• The property is located by Haley Creek; the house location was chosen for its views and to account for seasonal water levels. Solar exposure influenced the house’s orientation and window placement.
• The exterior will use durable materials like metal roofing and stone where needed, and local natural materials like wood siding where it can be best utilized and protected.
• The long south-facing roof slope allows for solar panels.
