ARCA-VERDE is a licensed firm in good standing with the Ontario Association of Architects. As such, they can offer architectural services on any project regardless of size or budget.  As Passive House and LEED^® Accredited Professionals, ARCA-VERDE can offer sustainable design services following LEED, Passive House, Net-Zero, Zero Carbon (GHG or CO2e), and other systems or without a specific system.  ARCA-VERDE’s experience involves Residential, Institutional, Laboratories, Commercial, Heritage, Retail, Government, Civic Buildings, Tenant Fit-ups, Sustainable Projects, and, most importantly, Accessibility.  We are capable and willing to participate in a project from inception to completion.  We can act as client advocates or conduct construction reviews. ARCA-VERDE has extensive experience with joint ventures and other collaborative project approaches involving other architects, interior designers, and contractors.
