The clients of Lower Byron Bathroom Addition desired a design that would allow them to increase the existing second-floor washroom to accommodate a modern lifestyle with a splash of luxury. The exterior plays off the current gambrel roof shape, and window placement provides ample natural light into the five-piece bathroom. The bathroom layout includes a 6-person walk-in shower, toilet closet, double sinks, and ample storage. It presents the client’s refurbished claw tub as the focal point directly in line with the bathroom entrance and floor-to-ceiling window beyond. Interior finishes and lights were carefully selected to align the new construction with the existing house. The result is a bright, modern and luxurious bathroom.
